On June 13, 2008 permission was granted for the LMA:
"Hello there,
My name is Chad and I am with the band Grazgrove out of Kansas City. I am simply writing this letter to you to give permission at this time to allow tapers to upload any audio recordings of our show. As time goes by we will probably become more specific as to taping guidelines, etc. But for the time being, we just want to be open to our shows being recorded and archived on here. We have many live recordings we've done ourselves that we would like to upload. Thank you for your help.
